Instructions for Abstracts
The length of each abstract is strictly limited to 350 words. The abstract should enable the program Committee to judge the scientific merit of the paper, and the titles should clearly identify the contents of abstract.

Submission
To guarantee being considered by the program committee, all contributed abstracts must be submitted before the deadline (March 1st, 2019). Please note that any submitted abstract, even if accepted by the scientific comittee, will not be included in the conference program if the presenting author is not registered for the conference before April, 2nd, 2019.
Acceptance
All valid abstracts prepared according to the guidelines will be considered by the program committee and assigned to appropriate oral or poster sessions. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be notified by e-mail by the March 25th, 2019.

Preparation
- Abstracts must be written in English. The abstract should be submitted in text format through the online form of the conference website.
- Abstracts cannot exceed 350 words including the Acknowledgements. Title and authors are not included and have to be indicated in the appropriate fields during the abstract submission.
- It is not allowed to include figures, graphics or references.
- The body of the abstract must include the following titles:
- Introduction
- Material & Methods
- Results
- Discussion & Conclusion
- Acknowledgements (optional)
- Please indicate your topic preference when submitting (see Abstract topics list)
- Indicate the preferred kind of presentation (Oral or Poster). On the Submission the presenting author must select the type or presentation required. However, the final status will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
- Please indicate the presenting author where required.
- Author names and affiliations will be printed as entered in the abstract submission tool, so please make sure these are correct if you submit more than one abstract. It is also important that names are well-entered for the author index.
