Instructions for authors
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Speakers are requested not to exceed the allocated time.
The time schedule will be strictly followed due to the nature of the congress program.
Time schedule:
Speakers are requested to bring their presentation files on a flash drive (USB memory stick) to the technicians cabin, which is located in the back of the room, upstairs), minimum 1 hour in advance of their session. Ideally, the day before of the presentation to prevent unforeseen.
Only ppt, pptx or pdf files would be acceptable. 16:9 Projection. If the presentation includes audio (sound or voice), animation or short movie file(s), speakers are advised to save each file separately and provide it to the technical staff for testing, together with your presentation file.
If you have any special requirements, please make sure to get in contact with the technical staff of the Auditorium good time in advance.
Use of your own computer is not possible. Operating systems Windows and Mac are accepted.

- Oral communications: 15 min (10 + 5 min questions)
- Flash-talks: 5 min (3min + 2 min questions). The posters selected as flash-talks must be presented as poster as well.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Presenting authors are expected to be in front of their posters during the poster session time.
POSTER FORMATThe size of the posters is: 90 cm (wide) X 110 cm (high). The presentation number assigned to your poster should not be placed on your poster. The poster boards will be numbered for you.
SETTING-UP AND TAKING DOWN TIMES
The posters should be fixed on the corresponding board on Monday 10 from 11:00h, and they must be removed on Wednesday 12 before 12:00h.
The double-sided tape to set up the posters will be provided by the Organization.
The Organization encourages to the authors that they take down their posters at the end of the congress. Unclaimed posters will be disposed.
